Certified substructure
The underlying platform is ISO 27001 certified and SOC 2 Type II tested. The full audit report is available upon request for your due diligence.
Your data, your property
You own your access, accounts and data yourself. Export and deletion are possible at any time, there is no lock-in: If you leave, your system continues to run - without us and without invisible reservations.
Securely anchored in law
We conclude an order processing agreement (AVV) with each customer. Data transfer to third countries is secured via recognized mechanisms such as standard contractual clauses (SCCs). Our contracts are aligned with the GDPR and Swiss data protection law.
Transparent data location
By default, data is stored in data centers in the USA. For customers with increased requirements, storage in EU data centers is available. Before we start working together, we will tell you exactly which option applies to you.
No hidden use
On Enterprise tariffs, the use of your data to train AI models is expressly excluded. Regular backups protect your project data; on higher tariffs you can trigger restores yourself.
For particularly sensitive industries
Law firms, trusts, healthcare: If professional secrecy and confidentiality apply, we plan the architecture so that protected content does not even touch our systems. We start with non-critical processes such as scheduling, initial contact and deadline management - and together with your data protection officer we document which data flows where.

Frequently asked questions about data security
Where exactly is my data stored?
Standard in data centers in the USA, with AVV and standard contractual clauses as legal protection. An EU data location is available for customers with increased compliance requirements. We will tell you clearly in advance which option applies to you.
Will my data be used to train AI models?
Explicitly no on Enterprise tariffs, this is contractually excluded. It is possible to use smaller tariffs - we will give you honest advice as to which tariff is the right one for your sensitivity level.
What happens if I cancel?
Nothing is lost and nothing is locked up: your access and data belong to you. You can export everything and the systems we set up will continue to run independently.
